After our son was severely injured in an accident, the staff at Action Orthopedics has helped us remain positive that he will lead a very productive life. The hospital arranged for him to be seen by Wilver and since then we’ve received only the utmost quality professional and consistent customer service and patient care. Today both Wilver and Suzanne came out to our home to fit our son with his first prosthetic and by next week he will have the finished product! It has been a little over two months since the accident and soon he will be walking once again thanks in part to these great folks.

Jessica and Michelle at the office are the consummate professionals and are really awesome when we need to schedule appointments or work to obtain authorization.

Overall, a stellar company who is making our very traumatic situation much more bearable and positive.

Wilver and his staff at Action Orthopedics are the model of what other prosthetics’ businesses should follow. They are knowledgeable, professional and extremely client focused.

My husband is a bilateral amputee who recently suffered a stroke. He was hospitalized for 4 weeks. After dealing with three other prosthetic companies who could not create nor deliver a proper fitting prosthetic, Wilver came to the rescue. He visited my husband in the hospital and at home, once he was discharged. He did not let monetary reimbursement from the insurance company take precedence over providing services and prosthetics for my husband.
Wilver is the epitome of what all health care providers/ business owners should strive towards. He is passionate about his work and his desire to help others. He is not motivated by greed or money.
